Commission:
We deduct the service fees (water, cable TV, internet, housekeeping) from the monthly rent before calculating the commission.
For a 3-month lease, the rent amount (after deducting all services) is divided by 12 (months).
For example:
rent : 50,000
Water: 1200
Cable TV: 1500
Housekeeping: 4000
Internet:1700
After deducting service total will be : 43600/12
=3633.33
After that we deduct withholding tax if company agent 3% and private agent 5%
For 3 month: 1 month commission x 3
Then you will get 3 months commission
